What time is check-in and check-out?
Check -in is from 4pm and check-out is by 10am on your departure day.
Do you offer early check-in/late check-out?
We can offer early check-in/late check-out subject to availability. Please enquire directly
with us. There is a small extra charge for this facility
What facilities are available inside the pod?

Do the pods have hot tubs?
Yes – each pod has its own electric hot tub which will be ready to use upon your arrival
Do you accept pets?
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept pets on this site.
Do you accept children?
Unfortunately, we cannot accept children on this site. All guests must be 18 years or over
How many people do the pods sleep?
Each pod sleeps a maximum of 2 adults
Is smoking permitted on this site?
Smoking and vaping is strictly prohibited inside the pods. Anyone found to have been
smoking inside will incur an extra cleaning charge.
How many car parking spaces are there?
Each pod is allocated 1 parking space on the car park. If you require more than this, please
contact us and we will try to accommodate this.
Do we have to clean the pod before we leave?
We ask that you please leave the pod in a clean and tidy condition when you leave. Please
put rubbish in the bin on the car park and wash any used dishes.
Guests who leave the pod in an unsatisfactory state will incur an extra cleaning charge.
Do you offer 1 night stays?
Single night stays with us can be booked through www.snaptrip.com or directly with us out of season.
Do you offer any extra add-on packages?
Yes we do. Please contact us directly.
Do you take group bookings?
All our bookings are taken through www.sykescottages.com (or one of their sister sites). For
group bookings please see their website.
We do not accept Hen or Stag parties.
What is the mobile signal like?
We have a good signal throughout the site
Is there Wi Fi?
Yes – each pod has free Wi Fi.
What should we do if we break or damage something?
Please let us know as soon as possible if you break or damage anything during your stay. We
understand that accidents happen and we will try our best to replace or repair any damaged
items. However, larger and more costly items will be charged for and may take longer to
replace/repair.
Are there any noise restrictions?
We ask that guests are respectful of other people on the site and ask that noise is kept to a
minimum.
Music may be played outside, but please keep this at a low level for the comfort of all.
Lost property
Any items left behind after departure will be kept for 28 days after which, if left unclaimed,
will be disposed of appropriately.
Items will be returned upon receipt of appropriate postage and packing costs.
Do we need travel insurance?
We highly recommend that you have travel insurance in place to cover unforeseen
cancellations.
